Booking Requirements

Booking Deposit

A booking deposit of $1000 is required to secure your booking

Cancellation

Cancellation of functions must be confirmed in writing. If cancellation occurs a refund will be given providing we are able to re-book your date.


Security Deposit

A security bond of $1000 will be taken. It will be returned on the completion of your function in accordance with the terms and conditions of hire (please see hire contract)

Two Weeks prior

Your account must be finalised at least 14 days prior to your function.
