TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

PAYMENT: Account is to be finalised at least
14 days prior to function.

SECURITY BOND: Is refunded if the function room and venue is left in the same condition as hired.

TIME: Cleaning time of 2 hours provided at the conclusion of your function. All guests to be off premises by 12 Midnight.

COOKING: No open flame barbeques are allowed outside the hall for any functions unless approval is obtained from management.
Cooking is not allowed inside the premises other than on the stove provided in the designated kitchen area.

LICENCES: Hirers are responsible for obtaining any special permits or licences relevant to the event (eg. Liquor Licence). Hirers are required to observe any relevant State or Federal legislations, Council regulations and Bi-laws.
A copy of licences must be provided.

The hirer is responsible for the security of their guests and the building during the period of hire.
The hirer is responsible for any damage, breakages, breach of security during the period of hire agreed upon.The hirer agrees to restore the facilities to an agreed satisfactory state.

SMOKING IN THE FUNCTION ROOM IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I agree to the above terms and conditions with regards to the hire of the function centre and chapel located at 399 Piggabeen Road, COBAKI LAKES.
